Courtney is one of the most recognized females in the music industry. When she was 3, her mom and dad left her to go live in New Zealand, leaving her behind with a friend of her mother's. In 1989 she and a friend started the group "hole". Their debut album was released in 1991. Her bands success grew and they became more popular.
