Miruru knew Noelle and the rest from the demon world, she is from there herself but is in the human world illegally. Dispell knows this and blackmails her to help prevent Noelle from becoming an angel. Miruru comes up with a few schemes but they always fail and Dispell eventually gets tired of her and almost kills her.
