QUICK BIO
Oscar is a woman brought up as a man, because her father had no sons and needed a heir. She joins the French Royal Guards at a young age, and becomes a close friend to the Queen. While loyal to the Crown, she begins to realize the plight of the French people. Finally, when the French Revolution breaks out, she decides to side with the people.
