Shinatama is a robot and the main technician at TCTF. She has a neural link directly to Konoko and is therefore the one who oversees Konoko's doings and gives her directives to go by. The two are like sisters and would do anything for each other. Because of her position, Shinatama is treated fairly badly and used by nearly everyone.
